Fitness Space Surrey Quays

Having joined Fitness Space in October 2018, I can fully recommend it to anyone. I signed up as a Forge Member so get a PT session each week, along with access to the gym and classes. Definitely the best gym I have ever been to and I have never felt better. With regular body compositions I can track my progress. I feel like I've learnt so much about equipment, exercises and what works for me.

I’ve never achieved results so quickly and the support and attention I get from the trainers is a major factor to that. The personalised fitness plan that changes every month or so means you get the desired results and exercising is actually FUN. The space is always spotless, and the equipment is state-of-the-art.

I was never that keen on gyms until I joined this one. Fitness Space uses tech to help you understand and keep track of what you need to do, in order to reach what you are looking to achieve - this really helps with motivation and building a routine. Aside from that, the staff are very approachable and supportive, and the gym is well looked after. I definitely recommend it.

The best gym I have ever been a member of! Getting to the gym and working out always felt like hard work to me - it took the enjoyment out of it, and what was supposed to be my place to de-stress became stressful. The guys here at Fitness Space have flipped that on its head and make it fun! I genuinely look forward to getting down there. The classes are great, I feel really good about myself when completing my programme that’s tailored to me, and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, or laugh and a joke as soon as I step in. This really helps to make those days where it has been a bit tougher to get there worthwhile.

I'm so happy to be part of this gym! Staff are very supportive, Chris has adapted for me three different workouts according to my needs. The app is very easy to use, the facilities are always very clean and with state-of-the-art equipment. The vibe is also great, people attending are friendly, I feel always very comfortable and safe. The results obtained are great, I've never felt so fit and healthy, I have lost more than 10kg with them, and I'm able to do exercises I thought I would never be able to do. I definitely recommend this gym!
